So, what does this mean for you? Well, actually, nothing changes. All your bookings remain 100% secure, as they were. The only difference is our name has changed to Adventure360. This happened in July 2026.

Yes! It’s the same company, the same team, and the same trips. We’ve just updated our name and brand to better reflect our growth since we started Gap 360 in 2011.
More young people than ever are going travelling. We’ve seen a huge rise in short breaks, from students to full-time workers. So as adventure travel leaders, we’re growing with our audience. Our new name, Adventure360, reflects who our travellers are now. Gap years are still super popular, though, and we’re still the experts at helping you plan one!
Yes, you’re all good. Everything about your booking will stay exactly the same. This includes: your trip, start date, itinerary, support, and your booking terms.
Yep, you’re all good! You can go back to whatever it was you were doing, like daydreaming about where to travel next…
Yes, your bookings and payments are completely secure. All financial protection and booking terms remain the same as when you booked with Gap 360. Our name change does not affect your protection, your payments, or your rights in any way.
Yes, all of our trips remain the same. You’ll still go on the same itinerary, with the same experiences and inclusions you booked.
Yes! Our bookings portal will soon get a refresh, but you’ll be able to use the exact same way. This includes:
- Logging in the same way
- Accessing the same portal
- View and manage your booking as normal
Our URLs have updated to the Adventure360. However, these will automatically redirect if you have the old one saved anywhere.
All your booking details and payments will still be fully valid and linked to your booking. The only difference is that documents and emails will now show with the name Adventure360 instead of Gap 360.
Yes! We’re continuing to work with our same trusted local teams, partners and group leaders who make each trip so special. Your Operator for each trip is listed in your bookings portal and will remain unchanged.
Same way as before! Live Chat, WhatsApp, over the phone, or send us an email. Our email addresses have changed to @adventure360.com but we will still receive your emails even if you still send them to @gap360.com.
